RINJAcom Terms of Service
Welcome to RINJAcom, a company that provides website development and management, mobile app development, software development, and cybersecurity services. Please read these Terms of Service (“ToS”) carefully as they govern your use of our services.
Agreement
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these ToS. If you do not agree to these ToS, you may not access or use our services.
Services
RINJAcom provides website development and management, mobile app development, software development, and cybersecurity services. We may update or modify our services from time to time, and such updates or modifications will be governed by these ToS.
Fees
We charge fees for our services, and the fees may vary depending on the type and scope of services provided. We will inform you of the fees before providing the services, and you must pay the fees in accordance with our billing terms.
Confidentiality
We may have access to your confidential information during the course of providing our services. We will keep your confidential information confidential and will not disclose it to any third party except as required by law or with your prior written consent.
Intellectual Property
We retain all intellectual property rights in our services, including all software, code, and content. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our services without our prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services. Our liability will be limited to the fees paid by you for the services that gave rise to the liability.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.
Termination
We may terminate these ToS and/or our services at any time and for any reason without notice. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using our services.
Governing Law
These ToS and your use of our services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these ToS or your use of our services will be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Domain Ownership
Domain names for websites are rented from domain name registration firms. RINJAcom will register a domain name in the client’s name while doing so. Regardless of whether the client decides to continue receiving services from RINJAcom in the future, the client has the right to use that domain name following the payment of any outstanding bills. Clients are recommended to check that the renewal of a registered domain name has been completed by responding to prompt messages that inform them of the renewal date. Domain names that have expired are not the responsibility of RINJAcom. All domain names hosted by RINJAcom are managed by the company.
Content:
The client is required to supply all text and images that are utilized as website content (unless the client has hired RINJAcom for content development at an extra fee). All content provided by the customer must be theirs or be used with express consent. Each customer is responsible for making sure that his or her design and/or content do not violate any copyrights, trademarks, or service marks. RINJAcom is not liable for client-related intellectual property violations. In addition, contributed content is not the responsibility of RINJAcom. Customers shouldn’t provide information that needs to be returned or irreplaceable images or papers.
Project Initiation
A signed or electronically submitted signup form, payment of 70% of the initial web design/development fees for custom website design or the full setup fee for blogs or templates, along with the client logo or any other element that must be used in the development, are all necessary for the start of a web design or development project.
Timelines and Penalties
If the client does not submit content (the text and/or photographs to be used in the website) or other necessary components, RINJAcom cannot finish the project.
The client will be informed if RINJAcom needs further content or information. The Project could be delayed if the customer doesn’t respond to requests promptly. (If the client requires to help developing content, professional writing and photography services are offered for an additional fee.)
RINJAcom may bill for the completed project and add any outstanding components as they are received to order to keep all accounts current. RINJAcom maintains the right to deem the project complete in its entirety and charge for any additional work if more than 60 days have passed after the project build and the client has still not provided the final piece of missing content.
Submission of Content
All content must be provided using our Support mail.
The text must be selectable as genuine text rather than as flattened graphics.
Text and images/graphics must both be labeled with the name of the page on which they will be shown. No content may be supplied via fax or hard copy. Any deviations from this rule will be charged extra and require prior approval.
Changes of ToS
RINJAcom reserves the right to change these terms of service at any time for any reason.
